Federico Quarenghi (Milan 1858 - 1940) His artistic training took place at the Brera Academy, where he had Giuseppe Bertini as a teacher. He joined the Cremona scapigliatura. He regularly attended the Brera Exhibitions between 1883 and 1923, acquiring a good reputation as a portraitist, a subject to which he dedicated himself with passion and talent.
