Born in Milan December 13, 1853, died there November 2, 1937. He studied privately with landscape painter Fasanotti. Soon entered the Brera Academy, he studied at the school of Giuseppe Bertini who warned the unique abilities of the student in his early essays of Interior, continued for some time even for practical encouragement of Goupil in Paris.
