Work of Erminio Kremp (1860-1936), a painter of German origin who lived in the period between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. In his youth the artist settled in Palermo where he had contacts with numerous artists of the city including one of the most important Sicilian landscape painters of the nineteenth century: Michele Catti. Kremp's works are often interpretations of the Sicilian landscape that hosts him.
